How procurement works at TheSupplier

How procurement works with us

  1. Brief. Send your list by WhatsApp or email: item, specification, quantity, target price and delivery date.
  2. Supplier search and verification. We shortlist suppliers and check their trade licence, track record and samples before we recommend one.
  3. Quote. You get a written quote within one business day for standard items, with freight, duty and inspection shown line by line.
  4. Samples and approval. For custom or branded items, you approve a physical sample or proof first.
  5. Order, inspection and freight. We place the order, arrange inspection where the product needs it, and manage freight and customs clearance.
  6. Delivery and after-sales. Goods arrive at your door in the UAE or GCC. If something is wrong, you call us, not the factory.

We supply laptops, desktops, servers, networking gear, GPUs and peripherals, new or certified refurbished, from brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco and Nvidia. Every quote states whether each item is new or refurbished.
